Virgin mojitos

  • 1 lemon or lime 
  •  Ice cubes as desired 
  •  200 ml lemonade 
  •  Fresh mint leaves to garnish 


Chop the mint leaves. Cut the lemon/lime into small wedges and remove the seeds carefully. Keep one wedge aside for garnish. Place the chopped mint leaves and lemon/lime wedges in a glass using a wooden spoon. Add ice and top up with lemonade. Mix well. Garnish with a lemon/lime slice and mint leaves. Serve chilled.
