Dip half the biscuits into the coffee and put it in a container of your choice.
Whip the cream to stiff peak and set aside.
Beat the mascarpone and sweetener until smooth.
Add egg yolks and beat.
Fold in the whipped cream.
Pour half of the mixture over the biscuits.
Place dry biscuits on top.
Pour the rest of mixture.
Decorate as you like.
