  • Symptoms may include open sores or rash most common on the penis, vagina, mouth and anal area and enlarged lymph nodes
  • Transmitted by sexual contact with infected person
  • Can also be spread from mother to infant during childbirth
  • Affects males and females
  • Can occur at any age
  • May be mild without symptoms to severe if left untreated
