Abnormal feeling with urge to move the legs
Affects legs most commonly but may affect feet and arms
Symptoms include unwanted sensation to move legs most commonly at night leading to interruption of sleep
Cause unknown but may be due to lack of iron in diet, kidney problems or hereditary factors
Cannot be spread from person to person
Affects males and females
Can occur at any age but occurrence increases with age
May be mild to severe and very uncomfortable

Take a warm bath, massage legs, and stretch to help relax your legs
